EuroNannyCo is a childcare Nanny Network that helps families and childcare professionals connect across the UK and Europe. Families can search for nannies, view profiles, post childcare needs and contact suitable professionals. Childcare professionals can create profiles, show their experience, apply for opportunities and speak with families through the platform.

EuroNannyCo provides the website and the tools for people to connect. EuroNannyCo is a Nanny Network, not the employer of any nanny, babysitter, au pair, childcare professional or family unless there is a separate written agreement saying otherwise. Families and childcare professionals are responsible for deciding whether they want to speak, interview, meet, travel, work together or enter into any private arrangement.

Everyone using EuroNannyCo must be honest, respectful and careful. Families should only post genuine childcare needs. Childcare professionals should only advertise services, qualifications, checks and experience that are true. No user should mislead another person, pretend to be someone else, harass, threaten, discriminate, spam, share unsafe content or use the platform for anything illegal.

Before agreeing to work together, families and childcare professionals should carry out their own checks. This includes checking identity, references, qualifications, experience, suitability, right to work, visa position, background checks where appropriate, duties, hours, pay, travel, accommodation and any rules that apply in the country where the work will happen. Verification badges should only be relied on for the specific check shown and do not mean every possible check has been completed.

Private information must be protected. Do not publicly post phone numbers, email addresses, exact home addresses, social media accounts, identity documents, bank details, children’s sensitive information or anything else that should remain private. Use EuroNannyCo messaging and account tools wherever possible until you are comfortable moving forward.

Some parts of EuroNannyCo may be free and some may be paid, such as contact access, subscriptions, profile boosts or featured visibility. Prices and benefits should be shown before payment. Paid features provide access or extra visibility, but they do not promise a reply, interview, booking, job, placement or successful match.

If you are unsure or something does not feel right, pause before sharing more information, making payment, travelling, meeting in person or agreeing work.
