EuroNannyCo is a childcare Nanny Network. Families and childcare professionals use the site to create profiles, post jobs, search, message and make their own childcare arrangements.

2. Who can use EuroNannyCo
Users must provide honest, accurate information. Families should only post genuine childcare needs. Childcare professionals should only advertise services they can genuinely provide and must not claim checks, qualifications or experience they do not have.
3. Nanny Network responsibility
EuroNannyCo provides the platform. Families and childcare professionals make their own decisions about contact, interviews, trials, work agreements, pay, hours, travel, accommodation and suitability.
4. Checks and verification
Badges such as ID Verified, Background Checked, First Aid Verified, Reference Checked or Right to Work Verified should only appear after the relevant information has been reviewed and approved. A badge does not mean every possible check has been completed.
5. Safety rules
Use EuroNannyCo messaging first. Arrange interviews carefully. Check references, identity, experience, legal right to work, qualifications and any relevant background checks before childcare begins. Meet in safe settings and put agreed duties in writing.
6. Private information
Do not publicly post email addresses, phone numbers, exact home addresses, social media accounts, identity documents, bank details or sensitive family information. Documents uploaded for checks must not be shown publicly.
7. Payments, boosts and subscriptions
Registration may be free, with paid upgrades such as profile boosts, featured jobs, contact access or subscriptions. Prices, durations and benefits should be shown before payment. Paid features increase visibility or access but do not guarantee enquiries, jobs, bookings or placements.
8. Reviews and conduct
Reviews should be honest and based on genuine experience. Users must not harass, threaten, discriminate, spam, mislead, impersonate another person or post unsafe, illegal or inappropriate content.
9. Legal and right-to-work checks
EuroNannyCo does not guarantee immigration status, visa status or legal right to work. Families and childcare professionals must check the rules in the relevant country before agreeing to work together.
10. Reporting concerns
Report false information, unsafe behaviour, suspicious messages, inappropriate content or worries about a user as soon as possible. Use the report tools where available or email EuroNannyCo.
11. If you are unsure
Pause before sharing more information, paying, travelling, interviewing or agreeing a role. Ask questions, request documents safely, speak to someone you trust and contact EuroNannyCo if you need help understanding the next step.
12. Changes to these terms
EuroNannyCo may update these terms as the Nanny Network grows. Continued use of the site means users accept the latest version shown on this page.
